PRIVACY NOTICE
Abner Ham, an individual operating under the trade name “ZXR”, with address at Sur 107 1313, Aeronáutica Militar, Venustiano Carranza, 15970, Mexico City, CDMX, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Data we collect
We only process the data you provide directly, in particular:
- first and last name,
- email address,
- contact phone number (if provided),
- information about your project or request.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as ethnic origin, health status, religious beliefs, union membership, political opinions or sexual preference).
Purposes
We use your personal data for the following primary purposes:
- responding to your contact or quote request,
- delivering and following up on contracted services,
- complying with legal and tax obligations.
We carry out no processing for secondary purposes (such as advertising, commercial prospecting or profiling): all the uses above are necessary to handle your request or the service relationship.
Basis and retention
Processing is based on your consent and/or the contractual relationship. We keep data while that relationship exists or your consent remains valid; you may withdraw it at any time by writing to aham@zxr.com.mx, calling +52 56 1994 7308 or in writing at the address above.
Transfers
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for purposes other than those described here. It is only accessed by the ZXR staff involved and by infrastructure providers contractually bound to confidentiality.
Your rights (ARCO)
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your personal data, and to revoke your consent. To exercise these rights, send your request to aham@zxr.com.mx, call us at +52 56 1994 7308 or submit it in writing at the address above. Your request must include:
- your name and a way to send you our response,
- documents proving your identity (or your representative’s),
- a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of the request, as set by article 32 of the LFPDPPP.
Limiting use or disclosure
You may at any time, through the same channels, ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data (for example, not to contact you again). We will record and honor your request unless a legal obligation requires keeping or using the data.
Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, nor web beacons or similar technologies to collect personal data from its visitors.
Complaints
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Mexico’s National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) — home.inai.org.mx.
